Return and Exchange

14-Day Returns Policy

We care about your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to Kallos Studio within 14 days of the purchase date. Returns are not accepted on event and workshop tickets, software, film, batteries, and other consumables. Shipping & Handling charges are not covered by our return policy and will not be refunded. Returns are subject to the additional conditions and exclusions below:

Eligibility Conditions

Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Kallos Studio reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.

  • All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
  • Kallos Studio is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • Kallos Studio is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
  • Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within one business days of receipt of merchandise.
  • Kallos Studio can only refund the original purchase price.
  • Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Return shipping and insurance is responsibility of the buyer. Insurance must be added to all return order, and any damaged during shipping is responsibility of the buyer.
  • Prior to returning any online purchased item you must contact us at info@kallosstudio.com for a Return Authorization Number. Orders that are returned without an authorization number will be refused by our shipping department.
  • For all albums and prints, return and exchange is not available, and all album and print orders are considered FINAL SALE.

Defective or Damaged Items

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at sole discretion of Kallos Studio for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.

Exchanges

Please allow 7-10 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.

Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
